  1.    DOMINO.DOC is the general documentation for DOMINO. 
  2.    DOM-PNDX.DOC is the appendix, containing all the rules. 
  3.    Eventually, perhaps, these instructions should be read. They may
  4.    be copied to your printer if desired (no control codes needed).
  5.         
  6.    To play without first reading the documentation, you need to know  
  7.    only three or four things (if you have played dominoes before): 
  8.  
  9.      1. When entering your play, the FIRST number typed must match an 
  10.    available end of the board. 
  11.      2. There are four ends to the board, numbered COUNTERCLOCKWISE from 
  12.    the right. In response to the query "End?" (if it is made), enter the
  13.    appropriate number, 1-4. 
  14.      3. Whenever nothing seems to be happening, press the space bar or the
  15.    Enter key - the program is usually waiting for you to do so. 
  16.      4. Either Q or Esc will terminate the program. Ctrl-Break will also 
  17.    get you out, but will leave your screen messed up.

  19.    This version of DOMINO allows the user some choice of colors, but since 
  20.    it is written for the original CGA board, the options are very limited.
  21.    The program DOMCOLOR allows one to check the effect of various color 
  22.    values; it includes a help screen giving complete instructions.
